Provider and customer
Service: SmilesPlanet / Beyondend Dev. Contact: team@beyondend.dev. Address: Zühtüpaşa, Rıfat Bey Sk. No:2 kat:3, 34724 Kadıköy / İstanbul, Türkiye. The customer is the person or business holding the sponsor account; billing information is provided by the customer when ordering. Website membership is not a mobile app account.
Contract subject and price
The service is a one-time digital advertising package displaying sponsor brand content on the map. The package name, sapling quantity, currency and total including taxes appear in the order summary. It is confirmed through the transaction record verified by the payment provider. This service does not provide sapling ownership, a donation receipt, carbon credits or a promise of financial return.
Delivery and content
The campaign is delivered after payment verification; the normal target is 2–3 hours. Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy and usage rights of the content and links they provide. The package and placement stay fixed after payment; brand text/logo/link may be updated. No specific number of advertising views or claims, or time to reach them, is promised.
Cancellation, withdrawal and disputes
Contact team@beyondend.dev through the methods on the Delivery, refunds and cancellation page. Statutory rights applicable to your consumer status and transaction remain unaffected; this text is not an unconditional ban on refunds or a general waiver. Keep order and correspondence references; do not share passwords or full card details.
